The concierge wellness membership is an annual, paid-in-full preventive-care package for one pet, assigned to a specific DVM. $895 a year, billed once, every twelve months. Roughly 220 families currently subscribe across the practice.
What it is: an annual wellness contract that bundles all of your animal's routine preventive care under a single price, paid upfront. Two in-person wellness exams. All routine bloodwork. All lifestyle-appropriate vaccines. Twelve months of heartworm and flea/tick prevention. A 30-minute telehealth check-in at the six-month mark. Priority scheduling. A direct text-message line to your assigned DVM with a one-business-day response target.
What it isn't: pet insurance, an emergency-care plan, an upsell on surgery, or a discount on specialty work. The membership covers preventive wellness only. Everything else — surgery, specialty consults, hospitalization, emergency care, prescription medication beyond what is bundled — is billed separately at our standard rates. We accept all major pet insurance carriers for those costs.
The pricing math: the flat $895 covers wellness preventive care that would cost $1,200 to $1,450 if billed a la carte at our rates. The savings are real, but the actual benefit is the relationship — one veterinarian you text directly, who knows your animal, who triages a Saturday-morning question over text instead of telling you to call back Monday.
This is a premium-tier wellness arrangement. It is not the right product for everyone. Families who use general-practice care intermittently are better off paying for individual visits. Families who want a primary-care relationship with a specific DVM and a direct line for questions are the right fit.

Is this for one pet or multiple?
One pet per membership. Multi-pet families subscribe per pet with a 10% multi-pet discount on additional memberships.
Can I cancel?
Yes — with written notice. Membership value is prorated against services received and the unused portion refunded.
Is this pet insurance?
No. The membership is preventive wellness only. For surgery, specialty work, and emergencies you use insurance or pay at service.
What if I move?
Membership transfers to another Field & Stone client at the family's option, or is prorated and refunded.
Do you take pet insurance for the things not included?
Yes — all major carriers including Trupanion, Healthy Paws, ASPCA, Pets Best, Embrace, Nationwide. Payment-at-service model.
